Marketing Pitch Analyzer
Do you have a marketing pitch?
Most business owners fumble this moment. They over-explain, under-deliver, or launch into a rambling answer that loses people in the first ten seconds. A strong marketing pitch changes all of that. In just 18 to 20 words, you can make someone lean in, ask a follow-up question, and want to know more.
The ULGM Marketing Pitch Analyzer scores your pitch against our 7 W's Framework. This is the same step-by-step method taught inside the Ultimate Lead Generation Mastery program. You will find out exactly which elements are working, which are missing, and how close your pitch is to being truly ready to use.
You get three attempts per session. No suggestions are provided because the goal is to help you think through your own pitch, not hand you someone else's words.
Are you ready to test your pitch or looking to improve it?
If so, you are in the right place. This freemium tool assesses your marketing pitch.
Marketing Pitch Analyzer
Score your marketing pitch against the ULGM framework and find out if it is ready to use.
Type or paste your pitch as a single sentence. Remove any bullet points, dashes, or line breaks before submitting for an accurate word count.
The ULGM Marketing Pitch Analyzer is an educational scoring tool designed to help you learn and apply the ULGM framework. Scores are generated algorithmically using keyword detection and are directional in nature. Your submitted text and contact information are retained for educational follow-up and program improvement. This tool does not provide legal, financial, or professional business advice.

What is a Marketing Pitch?
A marketing pitch, sometimes called an elevator pitch or a 30-Second Introduction Pitch is a single, spoken sentence that answers the question "What do you do?" in a way that is clear, memorable, and immediately relevant to the person you are talking to.
The goal is not to explain everything about your business. The goal is to say just enough to make someone ask, "Really? Tell me more." A strong marketing pitch is a conversation starter — not a sales script.
Inside the ULGM program, your marketing pitch is one of six brand messaging deliverables you build — alongside your Vision Statement, Mission Statement, Unique Value Proposition, Tagline, and Slogan. Each one serves a specific role in how your brand communicates, and the pitch is the one you will use most often in real life.
How the 7 W's Framework Scores Your Pitch
The ULGM Marketing Pitch Analyzer scores your pitch across three components using the 7 W’s Framework — a structured approach to brand messaging that ensures your pitch covers the right ground without wasting a single word.
Component 1 — W's Coverage (50 pts + 5 bonus)
This component checks whether your pitch answers the essential W's: Who2 (your audience), What (what you do), Why (the result or benefit), and How (your method or system). Optional bonus points are available for When (a timeframe), Where (a context), and Who1 (introducing yourself by name). Each W carries a specific point value because not all elements are equally critical to a strong pitch.
Component 2 — Word Efficiency (25 pts)
The sweet spot for a marketing pitch is 18 to 20 words — approximately eight seconds spoken at a natural pace. This component rewards pitches that land in or near that range and penalizes those that are too short to be meaningful or too long to be remembered.
Component 3 — Clarity and Flow (20 pts)
A pitch that reads well on paper but sounds robotic when spoken out loud is not ready to use. This component evaluates whether your pitch sounds natural when delivered, avoids business jargon, and stays focused on one clear message rather than trying to say too many things at once.

Research consistently shows that people begin to lose attention after approximately 8 to 10 seconds of listening to someone they have just met. At a natural speaking pace, 18 to 20 words land in that window comfortably. It is long enough to be complete and short enough to be remembered. Most people's first-draft pitches run 35 to 50 words, which is why this framework exists.
A marketing pitch has to sound like you, not like a template someone handed you. The analyzer is designed to show you what is working and what is missing so that you can think through your own revision. If you would like step-by-step guidance on building a pitch that is complete, natural, and personally yours, that work happens inside the Ultimate Lead Generation Mastery program with direct coaching from us.
Scores of 100 to 105 are Elite; your pitch is light, complete, natural, and personal.
Scores of 80 to 99 are Pitch-Ready; your pitch is working and ready to use.
Scores of 75 to 79 are a Strong Draft; one focused revision away from being ready.
Scores below 75 need rewriting, which is completely normal for a first attempt.
The framework is new, and learning to say more with less takes practice.
You get three attempts per session. This is intentional because it gives you enough attempts to test meaningful revisions without turning the tool into an unlimited guessing game. Each attempt is a chance to apply what the score report showed you and try a more focused version of your pitch. After three attempts, the next step is the ULGM program.
