Hey, I'm Joe Sayles, Jr. I help business owners escalate their sales by making lead generation simple. That's not a tagline I picked because it sounded good. It's what I actually do, day in and day out, for small business owners, coaches, and solopreneurs who don't have the time or the team to figure out marketing on their own.

WHO AM I
My Story
Here’s my story from before I ever ran an ad campaign or generated leads and sales.
I grew up as the oldest of three sons of a Navy Chief Petty Officer and an Educator. Our household and my life growing up focused around sports, eventually honing in on basketball through high school and college.
A few years after college, I ended up becoming a teacher and basketball coach. I spent time as an elementary school teacher and a year teaching high school social studies at a private boys' school. Teaching taught me how to break down a complicated idea and hand it to someone in a way they can actually use. That skill has never left me.
While teaching, I also practiced Taekwon-Do. In fact, I was involved in practicing and teaching it for more than 25 years, holding leadership roles there, as I had in other sports, and as a teacher. Martial arts taught me discipline, patience, and how to lead people through a process step by step, even when it's difficult. Those same lessons show up in how I coach clients through their marketing.
I've been in digital marketing since 2007, handling paid ads, building websites, performing SEO, writing content, managing email, and creating video. I've worked in-house managing large corporate accounts, and directly with local business owners and service providers.
Somewhere along the way, I noticed the same problem over and over. Business owners weren't short on effort, but they lacked a system. This led to chasing whatever tactic was trending and burning out before it ever worked.
That's why I built Lead Generation Made Simple™, a five-step process that gives you a system, rather than a guessing game. It's the foundation of everything I teach and do for clients, and it's proven to grow leads and profits when you follow it.
